Nawajiwan Believers English School

Nawajiwan Believers English School, located at Tribeni Chowk, Chaurjahari Municipality–2, Rukum West, Nepal, was established in 2008 AD with a clear vision of providing quality education that nurtures the moral, intellectual, and social development of every child. Since its inception, the school has remained committed to developing students who are academically competent, morally upright, and prepared to become responsible members of society.

In its early years, the school operated under the direct care and support of the Kohalpur Diocese. During this foundational period, the institution encountered numerous operational and financial challenges. Student enrollment was limited to only 75 students, and academic instruction was offered from Playgroup to Class 5. The school had no independent source of income, making it difficult to meet operational expenses, including the payment of teachers' salaries. In addition, the institution faced shortages of essential facilities, inadequate access to safe drinking water, limited educational resources, and various local challenges that affected its growth and development.

Despite these obstacles, the unwavering commitment of the school administration, teachers, church leadership, parents, donors, and well-wishers enabled the institution to persevere and steadily progress. Through careful planning, faithful stewardship, and continuous support from the diocese and its partners, the school gradually strengthened its academic programs, improved its infrastructure, and expanded its educational services.

Today, Nawajiwan Believers English School stands as a fully independent and financially self-sustaining educational institution. The school has experienced remarkable growth, with student enrollment increasing to approximately 600 students. It currently provides education from Playgroup to Class 7, with plans to introduce Class 8 in the near future as part of its ongoing commitment to academic excellence and institutional expansion.

The school's financial position has also improved significantly, enabling it to generate a stable and sustainable income that supports timely staff salaries, operational expenses, and continuous institutional development. This financial stability has allowed the school to invest confidently in infrastructure, educational resources, and student-centered programs while ensuring steady long-term growth.

Over the years, the institution has witnessed substantial improvements in its physical facilities. New classroom buildings and other essential infrastructure have been constructed to create a safer and more effective learning environment. The school has also successfully established its own dedicated water supply system, addressing one of the major challenges faced during its early years and ensuring reliable access to clean water for students and staff.

Beyond academic excellence, Nawajiwan Believers English School strongly believes in the holistic development of every child. The school regularly organizes a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, including sports competitions, quiz contests, cultural and dance programs, leadership activities, moral education, and other student enrichment programs.
